Cash on Delivery Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan so you can shop with complete confidence — you pay only when your order reaches your doorstep.

How Cash on Delivery works

1. Place your order on the website — no advance payment needed.
2. Our team confirms your order by call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
3. Your parcel is delivered by our courier partner.
4. You pay cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

Please note

• Kindly keep the exact order amount ready for the rider, including any delivery charges shown at checkout.
• Please make sure your phone number and address are correct so our team and courier can reach you.
• If an order is repeatedly refused or undelivered, we may request advance confirmation for future orders.
