Shipping & COD Policy
Herba Glow delivers nationwide across Pakistan with Cash on Delivery (COD) on every order. Here is exactly how delivery and charges work.
Delivery charges
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order, so you only ever pay a fair rate. Indicative rates:
- Up to 0.5 kg — Rs 250
- Up to 1 kg — Rs 300
- Up to 2 kg — Rs 500
- Up to 5 kg — Rs 700
- Up to 10 kg — Rs 1,300
For large or wholesale orders above 10 kg, please message us on WhatsApp for a custom delivery quote. Any free-delivery promotions will be shown automatically at checkout.
Dispatch & delivery time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days to major cities and a little longer for remote areas, depending on the courier. Our team confirms every order before dispatch.
Tracking your order
To check the status of your order, simply message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will share the latest update.
